Latino/a Empowerment Action Program (LEAP)
Strives to build strong Latino/a young women and men through leadership projects and commuity involvement, reproductive health education, alcohol and drug counseling, anger management, HIV/STD edcuation and teen pregnancy prevention education, gang and violence prevention education. This program is open to youth 14-21 years old.

Latino/as Investing in their Future Today (LIFT)
Provides career development, paid job training and internship, job training skills certification, mentorship, tutoring, college and financial aid guidance, basic skills development, professional/technology skills workshops, and more for Latino/a youth ages 14-24 who are currently in and out of school.

Viva Los Niños
Viva Los Niños provides parent education workshops that focus on early
literacy, positive discipline and nutrition, home and car safety.
Additionally, Viva Los Niños provides linkages and referrals to
low-income parents, teen parents, and caregivers to access no or low
cost health and human social services.

Building Strong Latino Communities
Provides U.S. Naturalization N-400 citizenship application assistance,
exam preparation, and processing services. Through this program,
Centro CHA ensures that hard-working, tax-paying immigrant families
achieve the American Dream of economic self-sufficiency and upward
mobility, and maintain individual liberty and basic human rights as
they move towards becoming part of the American Fabric.

Additionally, Centro CHA supports a number of successful cultural
events to encourage community unity and pride. Included among these
events are "Fiesta Patrias", an annual community-wide cultural public
health and safety fair celebrated with traditional dancing, food and
entertainment; "Posada Navideña," is an annual Christmas cultural
celebration and toy drive for underprivileged children and teens; and
the "Nuestra Imagen Awards," founded by Centro CHA in 1997, Nuestra
Imagen is an annual Hispanic leadership recognition gala event held in
Long Beach to recognize community and civic leaders, individuals,
youth, businesses, and organizations that contribute to improving the
quality of life of Latino/as in the City of Long Beach.
